IAM 2017 Manchester Masjid Dinner

Individuals from mosques across Manchester were invited to a special presentation on Islamophobia, followed by dinner and discussion. 

The workshop consisted of the Causes and Cures presentation, followed by a discussion on the challenges faced by local mosques and communities in Manchester, due to the recent Manchester attacks and generally. Community members shared their worries and concerns, along with what they required to tackle issues of Islamophobia towards them and their congregation.

The evening concluded with feedback for our local working group on how we can support and work closely with mosques.
